Pharmacy

At Health Matters in Barnet we have a unique and valuable resource, something that sets us apart from the majority of health food stores; our herbal pharmacy.

 

At our large and diverse herbal pharmacy, we tailor make herbal formulas to our patient’s needs. We understand that each patient is unique and therefore require tailored treatments to meet their specific needs. We take the time to listen and provide high quality advice.

Paul Michael BA, BSc, MCPP, our resident medical herbalist, uses something called endobiogenic medicine in conjunction with classical herbal remedies to treat a wide range of conditions.

​

Paul is available for free advice on the shop floor on:

​

  • Tuesday mornings between                9.30 – 12.30

  • Fridays                                                9.30 – 17.00

  • Alternate Saturdays                          10.30 – 17.00

 

If you are making a special trip to speak to Paul please call to confirm that he will be available as he can get busy with patients.

Paul Michael

Paul, our in house consultant medical herbalist, has extensive knowledge & experience:

​

  • He is one of the few practitioners of Endobiogenic Medicine in the UK, having trained for more than 7 years with Dr Jean-Claude Lapraz, one of the founders of Endobiogenic Medicine.

 

  • Over 12 years experience working with all types of conditions.

​

  • Paul is a graduate, with first class honours, of the Herbal Medicine degree programme at Middlesex University.
